The story of the phoenix begins in ancient Egyptian mythology and was later developed in the Phoenician, Indian and Greek traditions. The phoenix is a sacred firebird with beautiful feathers of gold and red or purple and blue. A phoenix lives for 500-1,000 years and then builds itself a nest of myrrh twigs.
The phoenix has long been presented as a symbol of rebirth, immortality, and renewal this is the spirit of youth.
Our aim is nurture their talents and enhancing their personal and social development, which complements their academic, or vocational education and training.

The Phoenix is rising- from the dreams spell into lucidity
The phoenix is rising- into crimson skies pregnant with possibility
Old structures are falling- the old world is burning
The surface shell is cracking- and the new earth is emerging
This is not the end- this is just the beginning…
In the fiery core of the Earth- I have been growing.
I have been waiting beneath histories unfolding-
Knowing that the day was nearing when deaf ears would again begin hearing…
The songs of the Earth and the songs of the skies-
The spark of spirit is returning- to light the fire in the peoples’ eyes.
The great Earth is crying- the great storm is brewing…
This is my time to rise- this is my time to rise.
This is my time to rise!
I rise from the ashes of destruction- I rise up from the deep- and I have come to crack the shell of illusion
And to wake the children from their sleep…
And there is nothing that can stop me- no chain, no cage
Can keep me down- for I have come to fulfill a prophecy- as have you
And our time is now – Our time is now. Our time is now!
